She is also a qualified practitioner of Reflexology, Massage Therapy and Aromatherapy. As a mother of four grown up children, Margot believes that optimum nutrition and a healthy lifestyle is fundamental to good health and is passionate about motivating people to take control of their own health. She believes in increasing people’s awareness through education, promoting home cooking and making lasting changes in dietary and lifestyle habits.
