What can you expect from a consultation?

 

At the Nutrition clinic we work with a wide range of individuals from those seeking help with a specific illness to individuals looking to improve their general health and lifestyle.

 

Our Nutritional Therapist will seek to identify what elements may be contributing to your symptoms and ill health, through careful analysis of your diet and lifestyle. The initial consultation may take up to 1 1/2 hours and further laboratory tests may be recommended to determine levels of nutrients, hormones or possible food allergies or intolerances. Treatment involves an individualised diet and lifestyle programme using foods and specific nutrients to help you achieve optimal health.

 

One on One Nutritional Coaching Sessions for Adults and Children

Price first visit: Adult €75 – follow-up visit: €45

Price first visit: Child €60 - follow-up visit: €40

Reflexology, session €45, course of 4 treatments €160

Reflexology - Fertility and Pregnancy
Reflexology is a gentle treatment of the feet and may benefit many conditions particularly digestive ailments and hormonal imbalances relating to fertility, PMT and stress-related issues. Reflexology offers a safe and natural approach to dealing with fertility problems for both women and men. Reflexology, by encouraging deep relaxation, can alleviate stress and tension both physically and emotionally. This together with improvements in diet and lifestyle (where relevant) has the potential to increase fertility levels. We also offer reflexology during pregnancy.

Stress/Motivation session
We offer personalised stress management sessions using techniques such as NLP, Bach Flower Remedies, Meditation and Goal setting to help clients who have work life balance problems.

In some cases biochemical laboratory testing may be advised to determine levels of nutrients, hormones, Candida antibodies or possible food allergies or intolerances. Hair mineral analysis testing is also available.
